Principal Power has been in the boating business for 10 Years. Based in Poole, Dorset, our experience comes from all aspects of the marine industry.

RYA Powerboat Training

Whatever your experience or requirements, our range of Powerboat courses cater for them all. From entry level through to advanced courses on our school RIB, or simply a few hours of boathandling practice on your own boat, our fully qualified and passionate instructors are ready to welcome you aboard.

RYA Motor Boat Training

For those of you with larger motor cruisers, or anyone looking to get into the world of motor boating, we can help. From beginners needing a Helmsman course to those preparing for a Yachtmaster Exam, or new boat owners looking for advice on how to manoeuver their larger craft, looking though these pages will point you in the right direction.

Motor Boat Charters

Our variety of gorgeous motor boats are available for skippered charter throughout the year, as are RIB charters if you fancy something a little more exhilarating. Corporate entertainment, family celebrations and relaxing days out on the water are all made that little bit more memorable on a Principal Power charter.

Boat Management

For the discerning boat owner, Principal Power are here to clean, polish, anti-foul and arrange for your boat to be serviced as and when you want, and our guardiannage packages ensure that your boat is looked after if you can't manage to get to her frequently.
