Day Skipper Shorebased course
Basic seamanship and an introduction to navigation and meteorology.
The course is run over 5 days (Mon-Fri) or 3 weekends.

Coastal Skipper/Yachtmaster Shorebased course
Offshore and coastal navigation, Pilotage and meteorology.
The course is run over 5 days (Mon-Fri) or 3 weekends.

Sea Survival
A one day course including a two hour practical session with a liferaft in the water.

Radar
A one day course covering the use of radar in small boats as an aid to navigation.

VHF Marine Radio Course (short range certificate) GMDSS
A legal requirement for anyone operating a GMDSS radio. A one day course.

First Aid
A one-day RYA Small Craft First Aid course designed to teach the student what to do in an emergency, including resuscitation techniques and the primary care of a man overboard.

Sea School Workshop
For students without access to a boat the workshops provide an ideal opportunity to sharpen their existing skills. An instructor will be at hand to answer any questions or queries.
