RYA Day Skipper Practical Course


  • Course Aim

    The course aims to teach pilotage, navigation, seamanship and boat handling to the standard required to skipper a motor cruiser safely by day in tidal waters with which the student is familiar.

  • Duration

    A 4 day course including an introduction to night cruising.

  • Prior experience required

    None, although having completed the Day Skipper Theory course is a great advantage.

    16 years
